please help me out to find the issue in below XML.

AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED

When I add a new Customer record using the examples provided it adds successfully. But when I try to bring it up in the UI on the web I can see it in the list but always get the "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED" message. I can retrieve the Customer by id in code. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
