How to Retrieve the flag reason on the Workorder

Hi

How can I retrieve the flag reason on the workorder?

For example: A workorder has been rejected by Service Pro. The state will be as New and the flag reason as "Rejected by Service Pro".

Is there any API to retrieve this?
