We are getting the above error while trying to re-open a WO from the Corrigo portal. Any idea on how to solve this? where to see that other action with a different timestamp? the Log doesnt show something that could answer this question.

I'm using Postman to find my company's service url using Corrigo's documentation with no success.

We are trying to track the progress of work order by adding custom field. Do you sample field for adding the custom field to the work order. we were not able to add the custom field to the work order.

When I fire this request

Facing issue when creating workorder with attachment. I am using the same request payload without attachment which is working fine but along with attachment is giving error.

So far I'm getting this error:

Non-Corrigo user here. Doing due diligence for an integration. So pardon me if this is an obvious one... I would like to be able to read all Vendors, or what I believe is called Service Providers in Corrigo using the API. However searching the docs, I did not find "ServiceProvider" or anything like it in the API. What is that entity called in the API?

There is an integration code that, when a WO is created from integration users in the back office and the WO is auto-assigned to a service provider, the WO will auto-send. This is not the default functionality and code needs to be added to the integration. Can you advise on what that “code” is, so MCIM and add it?

Does Corrigo supports REST APIs.If yes,could you provide me with the link to the documentation and APIs?

I'm also wondering is there a way to pull the procedure template via the API? I don't see anything in the 9.x Webservices.Examples-Master solution. Is this cause it was just added in 9.2 SU5?
