How to pull the procedure template via the API

I'm also wondering is there a way to pull the procedure template via the API? I don't see anything in the 9.x Webservices.Examples-Master solution. Is this cause it was just added in 9.2 SU5?

I see there is an EntityType.WoPunchListItem for an EntityType. I'm not sure if this is the right path though.
