Action 'Re-opened' cannot be recorded as requested because of timestamp value conflict with another action for the same Work Order. Please specify different timestamp value

We are getting the above error while trying to re-open a WO from the Corrigo portal. Any idea on how to solve this? where to see that other action with a different timestamp? the Log doesnt show something that could answer this question.
