Hi. I am trying to link a document stored in a web server to a Work Order. First I am validating the Work Order Number with the following XML by providing not the ID but the number (104740947):

Hi I'm trying to create a customer. I am getting this error:
WO not creating for clean request
We are generating WO from our application using corrigo credentials. We were able to create all request(maintenance/clean) until your last upgrade. there you had requested us to change the SubTypeId to 259 from 4. After these changes, we are able to create WO for maintenance requests only not clean requests.
Does WorkOrder.Number has to be unique?

Can you send me a sample of a working payload for SpaceCreateCommand? I'm trying to run this command but have no luck so far. I keep getting the error "Cannot find active {!{Customer}!} by given ID." even if the customerId exists in Corrigo.
how to turn off unwanted properties
i can use propertySet to specify the columns i want. but API returns all columns, with dummy values in those properties not in propertySet. is there a way i only get desired columns to return?

Hi, I had a question from an Enterprise Direct integrator about the email account associated with their wsdk user account. They want to know if they'll be getting emails sent to that email address, and if so for what purpose and how many. Is there a general answer you can give to this, or does it vary according to what their integration does? Thanks
