Time Zone is undefined error when creating work order

Hi,

I'm trying to create a work order for a new client and I'm getting 'Time Zone is undefined' error.
I've seen the other posts regarding this issue and suspect I may have an incorrect customerId number or I'm accessing an incorrect url for testing.

We are using Customer Id = 1183

Can you please check that Customer ID is valid for the database and let me know if I'm using an incorrect url for testing purposes.
