Priority 'Stat' is escalated; assignment is required 1 Corrigo.Core.CorrigoBrokenRulesException

Hi,

We have just started to receive this error message in the last few days when we are creating work orders.

Priority 'Stat' is escalated; assignment is required 1 Corrigo.Core.CorrigoBrokenRulesException

Nothing in our code has changed. I have tried changing the Priority to 4 but still receive the same message.
