Experiencing Error: "Data was already modified by another user" & "Valid email address is required for sending message via e-mail"

Hi,

We are getting error responses from Corrigo though the commands were executed and updated the workorder in corrigo successfully. We see the error mostly but not limited to "WoRecallCommand", "WoCancelCommand" , Example WoId: 133549. And the amount of these errors in production is very high.

We also see this error in "WoReopenedCommand" and "UpdateCommand", Example WoId's: 128184, 133519.

And we also had another error "Valid email address is required for sending message via e-mail" in execution of Womessagecommand. The message sent from our system (ServiceNow) was successfully updated on the Workorder in Corrigo, but it had sent the above error in the response. Example WoId: 114699

We wanted to understand why Corrigo is responding back with error though the commands were executed successfully, due to the error monitoring we had in our system(ServiceNow), it was assumed the commands were errored out and causing issues in updating the tickets in servicenow.
