Data was already modified by another user

From Sephora:

we see the Error: "Data was already modified by another user" very frequently. What does this error mean? is this a generic error that corrigo send as a response? or it does send only if there is any issue with updating the work order? Example: Wo# HLOL0111655 in test corrigo, I had successfully executed "WoRecallCommand" and "WoCancelCommand" but I see this error. Can you please help us understanding in detail.
