Creating work order via API gives error

When trying to create a new work order via the API I receive the following error:

2018-12-31 15:10:42.8868 ERROR An insufficient number of arguments were supplied for the procedure or function dbo.fnBOOfficeHours_Add.

I'm not sure what parameters I'm missing when I'm trying to create the new work order.
